Why YOU should train at The Strength Project!

It's a studio gym!

It’s a studio gym.  If you are doing one on one training or group fitness you will be in here without a lot of people around. This is great especially if you do not want a lot of eyes on you.  Everyone that trains in the Strength Project is there by appointment and you will not have to worry about random people coming in during your session.

We know things and want to teach you those things.

Our goal is to help people move better and to leave here with knowledge that you can apply to life.  We want to build good strength and resilience in the body so that when you are doing everyday tasks you are prepared.

We have a team approach.

Our team is able to train people through injury because our movement specialist, Elizabeth, and Dr. Lucas work together to address programming and exercises that best fit our members needs and goals.  If there is ever a movement that someone is unable to do, we are able to scale and address that on the spot!

Free access to the Recovery Room

You get access to the Recovery Room at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!  Our recovery room services are included in the purchase of any group fitness package and 1on1 training packages.  Stop in anytime during clinic hours or use it before/after your session to help keep muscle soreness to a minimum.

We have fun in class and are not boring and stuffy!  Come join us!
